How to apply for a refund

To access your login details and initiate the refund process from your escrow account, a processing and investigation fee of $2,500 must be paid first. This fee ensures a thorough review of your claim and facilitates a smooth refund process. Once the payment is confirmed, our team will proceed with the necessary steps to resolve your request efficiently.
